Patience… This story started about 3 years ago when a man in his early 20′s contacted me about buying a home. He wasn’t really ready then, but he wanted 
to plan for it and do the right thing the right way. We met, we talked, I pointed him to ClarkHoward.com for solid financial advice, and we stayed in touch through the years. In early 2011 I got a text from him- he was ready to buy a home! So happy for him, a first time home buyer in an awesome little home.
