Huber Heights Community Garage Sale

Huber Heights is once again hosting a fall Community Garage Sale. This year it will be held October 13-16, 2022.
Since many of us have spent the last few years clearing out our closets, it’s a good time to go picking!

Any other time, in order to hold a garage sale in Huber Heights you will need to obtain a free permit from the city, but during the Huber Heights Community Garage Sales, residents can have a sale without obtaining a permit. Huber Heights will publish a list of all participating address. To sign up and have your address shared on the published list, you may call City Hall at 937-233-1423, stop in, or email your addressDeadline to sign up is Monday, October 10.
The list will be published the day before the start of the sale. No addresses will be added after the deadline.
Anyone from surrounding communities is welcome to come and shop, but the City of Huber Heights will only publish a participant list of Huber Heights addresses.  Huber Heights residents may choose to participate any or all days of each Community Wide Garage Sale. For more information call 937-233-1423, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information on the City’s permit processes, please visit the HHOH.org Permits page.

With so many people getting rid of their junk, AKA, your treasures, this should be a good year for garage sailing!

How to Contact City Council About New Development in Huber Heights

This may or may not be a good thing, either way, you might want to let your Huber Heights Council know your thoughts on some of this development, so consider this a Making Your Voice Heard primer.
