New construction going in at the northeast corner of Old Troy Pike and Taylorsville Rd is slated to be a mixed-use retail development named Huber Heights Commons.
As we can see from an early artist rendering, this complex will have typical three-story apartments, and small free-standing retail buildings. As of this writing, Chase Bank, Popeye’s Chicken, and a Dunkin’ Donuts are slated to be there.
In the northeast corner of this development are plans for 192 one and two bedroom apartments, called Haydon Park apartments, the retail section will mostly face Old Troy Pike.
