Located at the corner of Old Troy Pike and Taylorsville Rd, a 192 unit apartment complex is under development. This new apartment complex will be called Hayden Park Apartments and will consist of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, and is anticipated to be completed in 2023.
An Old Troy Pike widening project is anticipated to take place in this area, as well as adding another land to Merily Way, in an attempt at relieving the traffic grid lock and ongoing issues that we have seen in 2022 and 2023.
