Home Sales in the Dayton Area, YTD June

The Dayton Area Board of Realtors has released their statistics for home sales in the entire Dayton area, for June, 2012. This is a broad, overall market view which is useful in seeing how the general area is doing, but may not be indicative of how your particular neighborhood is faring through all this. As always, give me a call when you need specific community and neighborhood information as that is going to impact the sale of your home, more than these general stats. – Theresa Lussier, 937.343.1411
