Historic South Park

One of the most active historic communities in the Dayton Ohio area is Historic South Park.  Frequent activities, open houses, and community parties are part of life in South Park, Dayton Ohio.

The architecture of South Park includes examples of Second Empire, High Victorian Italianate, Queen Anne, Federal and Romanesque Revival in one- and two-story structures of brick and frame. South Park still preserves a sense of close-knit neighborhood whose residents cooperate to maintain the many neighborhood parks which give the district its special flavor.

So here we are with an accepted contract! At this point, you step back and take a hard look at the home. Get a home inspection, hire a professional to look at the nuts and bolts and check to see that the plumbing isn’t leaking, the HVAC system works, the attic isn’t full of critters and the crawl space isn’t full of mold.
