If you are considering renting your home on a land contract or a lease-to-own, this is a good time for that. We are likely to see more creative financing options than we have in the past 10 or 15 years and that’s not such a bad situation.
The Dayton Area Board of Realtors has released their statistics for home sales in the entire Dayton area, for June, 2012. This is a broad, overall market view which is useful in seeing how the general area is doing, but may not be indicative of how your particular neighborhood is faring through all this.
