The Welcome Home Grant is an Affordable Housing Program (AHP) that helps low- and moderate-income home buyers with down payment and/or closing cost assistance. Home buyers must meet eligibility requirements, and all funds are dispersed on a first come- first served basis, Funds will be made available beginning March 1, 2012 and last year they went within months.
ReBuildUSA 203k course is a loan program that will roll the cost of renovations into the home loan.
